Suspicious Packages w/Explosives Sent to Military Installations

Suspicious packages containing explosive materials have been sent to several U.S. military installations in the DC area. The FBI has taken custody of the packages, and they have all been neutralized. Authorities are trying to determine if the packages were working bombs or hoaxes.
